We have added a Senior Yoga class to the schedule! It will be held at 10:30 am on Tuesdays, beginning August 8th! Our Senior Yoga class is for those who need to stretch and strengthen tight or damaged muscles and joints with patience and care. In this slow and gentle practice, students learn to breathe more deeply, and connect the movements of the body to their breath. Through gentle guidance and the aid of chairs, bolsters, and other supportive props, students will gain an increased sense of freedom and well-being.
