We’re excited to add two NEW 1 hour Yoga classes on Tuesdays and Thursdays from 6:00-7:00 pm (beginning on Tues, 3/17)!
Let us introduce you to our new Yoga teacher, Pam Noonan! Some of you may know her, as she has been a client at our studio for years! Pam will be teaching these new Quick Flow Yoga classes (description below).
Quick Flow Yoga:
This 60 minute Vinyasa flow class focuses on linking yoga poses together in a continuous, fluid movement, connecting breath to movement, bringing consciousness to each movement to build strength and flexibility, and improving balance. Vinyasa practice generates warmth and can also add a cardiovascular component (heart strengthening). Teacher guided cues support safe and proper alignment with beginner to progressive pose options offered. This class is appropriate for all levels.
