Monday, 4/10-5/8, 10:30 am – Noon
Thursday, 4/13-5/11, 7:30 – 9:00 pm
Saturday, 4/15-5/13, 11:30 am – 1:00 pm


If you have never done yoga before, or need to get back into practice gently, this class is for you.  In this five week series you will learn all the basics needed to move into a beginner level yoga class with confidence.  You will begin to feel firsthand the many benefits that yoga has to offer.
