Summer is almost here and we are tweaking our class schedule!  We know that Summer is packed full of outdoor activities, barbecues, and vacations, so it can be hard to find time to take care of yourself and make exercise a priority.  We would like your input on the class schedule so that we can help you to keep working towards your health and wellness goals over the busy Summer months.

Parents…we will add more kids/teen yoga classes by request, so please let us know when you would like to bring your child to ToLife! during the Summer!  We can even schedule a Pilates Mat class, a Kettlebells & Cardio class, or a Stretch Therapy class, at the same time, so that you can work-out too!

Please email us at contact@tolifeyogaandpilates.com with your scheduling requests.  Please be specific in your email (i.e. give us the type of classes that you are looking for, what day(s) of the week, and what time(s) of day).  We will do our best to accommodate as many people as possible with any schedule changes.
