a pre-holiday energy cleanse and chakra harmonizing experience

Sunday, November 16th from 1:00-4:00 pm

The word chakra means “wheel” and refers to the body’s main energy centers. These spinning wheels of energy are connected to our nervous system, organs, and emotions. When our chakras are balanced, we feel energized, focused, and grounded. When they become blocked or out of balance, we might notice fatigue, emotional ups and downs, or a general sense of disconnection. In this workshop, you’ll learn how to recognize and support balance in your own energy system. Through discussion, gentle movement, and guided meditation, you’ll gain practical tools to help bring harmony to your body, mind, and spirit.

In this 3-hour workshop you will learn:

  • The basic functions and qualities of each chakra
  • Which body areas and organs are associated with each energy center
  • How emotional patterns can reflect chakra imbalances
  • A gentle yoga and guided meditation practice to restore balance and flow

Join us for an accessible, educational, and relaxing exploration of the chakra system — no prior yoga experience needed.

Kaline Aoun – Yoga & Reiki Practitioner
Kaline’s journey into healing began over a decade ago when a dance injury gently redirected her toward yoga. What started as a way to restore her body soon unfolded into a profound path of self-discovery and spiritual awakening. Feeling the deep shifts within her heart, mind, and soul, she chose to leave her corporate career in Human Resources to devote herself fully to holistic healing. Rooted in the sacred traditions of Vinyasa, Yin, Therapeutic, and Trauma-Informed Yoga, Kaline’s practice weaves together mindful movement, conscious breath, meditation, sound healing, and energy work. As a Reiki Master, she channels intuitive energy to support healing on all levels—physical, emotional, energetic, and spiritual. Her teachings are further inspired by the ancient wisdom of Ayurveda and Traditional Chinese Medicine, offering a balanced and intuitive approach to well-being. Kaline has shared her work internationally, leading classes, workshops, and retreats in France, India, Sri Lanka, Ghana, and Lebanon. Each offering is an invitation to slow down, soften, and listen deeply. Through gentle movement, breath, and energy, Kaline guides others back home to themselves—awakening a quiet remembrance of who we truly are beneath the noise of the world.
