Schedule

We require you to sign-up online more than 12 hours in advance to reserve your spot in a group class. All group classes have a 12 hour cancellation policy. If you sign-up and do not show up, or you cancel (or reschedule) within 12 hours of the class, you will still be charged for the spot that you reserved. These policies are strictly enforced, as we have limited spots available.

Private sessions, Semi-private sessions, and Tower Classes have a strict 24 hour cancellation policy. If you do not show up for your class or session, or you cancel (or reschedule) within 24 hours of the class/session, you will still be charged in full. No exceptions.
