The Fall Class Schedule will begin on Monday, August 7th.  Please check the live schedule before coming in for a class.  We encourage you to sign-up for your classes through our website or via the free MindBody App.  While we do allow walk-ins for most of our classes*, class sizes are limited.  If you have not signed up for a class and it is already at full capacity, you may be turned away.  We look forward to seeing you at the studio this Fall!

* You must sign-up for ‘Kettlebells & Cardio’ and ‘Tower’ classes.  Walk-ins are not allowed for either of these classes.
